The difficulty to collect the key. The multiple problems with the elevator (Floor 15) two times I went by the stairs and the stairs doors was closed

Location was convenient

The key cafe for collecting and replacing the keys not the most expensive efficient

The property was lovely, clean and conveniently located. Instructions were easy to follow, and it was lovely to have access to the pool.

I would have liked a larger, more comfortable bed (at least in the master suite).

check in time is too late. We got up at 4 o'clock to catch the plane and arrived in Vancouver at 6 o'clock in the morning. With the light rain we have nowhere to go and nowhere to rest! But in the end the landlord allowed us to put our luggage in earlier.
