Excellent location, parking available. Spotless clean.

It is difficult to find the apartment , carpark, and getting the key. Foul smell in hall of main building.

The apartment was had everything you need. Iron, hair drying, smart tv & the host even have a box with chocolates in there for you to enjoy.

Check in was quick and easy with key collection from a local store. Parking provided on-site which was very handy. Location is fantastic and noise levels were actually quite low for a city centre residence. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Nice Clean Apartment

The location was fantastic. Great restaurants and plenty of bars. Felt like I was abroad on holiday. No noise from neighbours.

The noise late at night via people walking past the apartment but expected it being in the City..

Communication with the owner was great, they provided us with all the information we needed and answered questions promptly. We overlooked the part of the booking that stated we had to pay a £300 fully refundable security deposit, and we were made aware of this on the day of arrival. I would have been grateful if that had been pointed out sooner as it was not clear. If we hadn't had the money available we would have lost our entire booking. Luckily we did. Picking up the keys was convenient and the guy was super helpful and friendly. Location of the apartment was great, right inside the Chinese quarter, plenty of shops and restaurants etc. Within 10 mins walk of New St Station and shopping centre. Car parking was easy to find because the owner sent us a video on WhatsApp of how to drive to the exact spot. This was brilliant as the spaces are not in any numerical order. Arriving at the apartment, the smell in the communal hallway was almost unbearable but you're only just inside the main door so you don't endure it for longer than a couple of minutes. When you go through the apartment door, you can see that it's well presented, has absolutely everything you need, tons of storage, good mirrors, enough plug sockets, spacious cupboards, drawers and wardrobes, with plenty of hangers. Kitchen has everything we needed, oven and hob with all the trays, pans and kitchenware you need. Dining table, 4 chairs, a washing machine and detergent etc. Some of the bulbs need replacing but it has everything you would need, we cooked breakfast and dinner on one night. Living room is good, two sofas and a chair, one of the sofas is very hard and not comfy really but the other is better. Massive windows on to the street, with privacy curtains, plenty of heaters and fans and a Smart tv. Bedrooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, beds were nice, plenty of cushions and blankets.

Great hosts, kept in touch via email to make sure things went smoothly. there was tea, coffee, sugar etc available which was great, also the chocolate left for us was a lovely touch. Central location close to train station, shopping etc. Great shower.

The sofa wasn't very comfortable to sit on and one of the beds squeaked when you moved at all on it. That being said we really enjoyed our stay.

It was clean and cosy. Very close to the shopping centre and lots of food places nearby. Emily and Shak were very responsive. Deposit was returned within a couple of days with no issues.

it was very central, clean and easy to get to. Well organised and communications for access very professional. I do think that £300 deposit could be reduced to £200 as the furnishings are a little worn but that understandable considering it’s a holiday let. I would stay here again.

nothing wrong with the apartment, however the outside hallway outside the front door smelt very bad. this didn’t affect the inside of the apartment though.
