Luxury 2Bed Spacious Apartment- City Centre- Free Parking

The keys had to get picked up from a convenience store using a code which was not sent to me until I had to phone multiple times. According to the convenience store staff, this is not the first time this happened. There was no parking outside the convenience store to wait. There were multiple road closures and diversions around the apartment which made getting to it difficult. Outside the apartment was noisy, so could do with better sound proofing. The car park space numbers are completely random and not clearly signposted on the columns or walls, something for the management company to look into. Thankfully I was sent a video of how to get there. The property could do with getting a few things repaired e.g.broken sockets,door handle and shower holder. Thanks for taking the feedback on board.

Location and modern look. Plus free parking

Apartment needs some maintenance. Some Lights weren't working and toilet/sink leaking. Also beds weren't very comfortable. The TV has a mind of its own, changing channels took forever

Great property, spacious, clean, comfy and convenient. Keys were collected at a 24/7 convenience store around the corner.. Nice a simple.

Wifi was a little poor, but worked OK.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern and spacious and exactly as seen in pics.

Street noise from party revellers, but would not put me off staying again

Great location for the city centre. The apartment was very clean, spacious. The designated safe car parking space was a bonus for us. The communication between the owner and ourselves was excellent.

Whilst the location was excellent sadly the night noise levels were not conducive to a relaxing sleep. Key pick and drop off just faffy and time consuming but clearly works for the owners. The apartment is retailed as luxury I don't feel it meets that spec but with a few adjustments it could. Like other reviews I was concerned re transferring the £300 breakage fee. After some communication with Emily is was all very straightforward and was credited within 24hours of return from our trip.
