Modern Birmingham City Apartments Secure Gated Parking

Literalmente de nada o apartamento não condiz com as fotos e está totalmente deteriorado e o anfitrião ainda pede um deposito de 250 £ como garantia que você não vai destruir o local sendo que o apartamento esta totalmente destruído

Location was great. Really convenient having a Greggs and a Co op shop so near by

My only negative is that the sofas in the sitting room were very uncomfortable with springs sticking out. Had to put the spare duvet underneath one of them. The chairs at the dinning room table could do with being replaced also.

That they demand a deposit, which when you finalize the reservation and everything is fine, they do not return the money! Besides, the bed is very uncomfortable, you only feel springs that beat the back, the dishes were badly washed. The apartment had a lot of wear due to age and use, the TV control does not work, the fan was bad, you have to go somewhere else to pick up the keys and they don’t give you good specifications, you have to guess and look for where the key box is.

Falsely advertised. No parking for most guests and all nearby roads are double yellow.

Communication, lack of problem solving skills. False advertising

Clean comfortable apartment in safe location, next to bus stop. Buses to town come every 5 minutes approx. You can also walk to the city centre in about 20 minutes. Host answered all questions very quickly, good communication. All basic Kitchen equipment and toiletries were available. Best washing machine I've used in a rented apartment so far. It quietly washed in 40 minutes, no machine shaking! Rooms were spacious with wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables and space to keep your suitcases. I would love to book again in the future.

One or two little maintenance issues, which we reported and the host immediately responded to, which was reassuring. Eg. one wardrobe door did not slide shut and the freezer door was frosted over, but we could live with that. For this reason, I cannot quite say the place was excellent but we thought it was very good🙂

The location was close to the city centre.

The bed was very uncomfortable The washing machine did not work We received parking tickets when the host said that we could park in the secured parking lot. When discussing with the host about the payment they said it would be sorted, but we still are receiving notices that the tickets are still not dealt with. They have blocked my msg and no longer respond. The lighting was awful, they had no light bulbs in the room. The sofa and bed had many stains. And the walls were damaged.

The apartment was clean

The check in was terrible. The lock box was a distance from the gated area. There was only one key for 6 people. This is just not acceptable. We separated on Friday evening as we had different plans, so then at 12.30 am it took 3 of us to return the keys for the 2 that were still out as we wanted to go to bed. It takes 3 of you as one of you has to hold the gate open, then 2 of us walked in the dark to return the key to the lock box in a area which didn’t feel to good at that time. The parking wasn’t available as the fob wouldn’t work. The agent did respond saying just to find somewhere else and to send in a receipt, easier said than done, especially when it’s all permit parking. Also parking was an essential when looking to book somewhere. The accommodation slept 6 but the lounge seating was for 4 on the sofa and dining table. The apartment is tired along with the furniture and need a refresh, but it was clean. It also took 11 days to get my security deposit back
