Frederick property Apartment

Very well located in the Jewellery Quarter. Great value for money. Everything you needed there. Large studio apartment, good shower, fridge, cooking facilities, ironing, hairdryer. Comfortable if low bed. Parking 5 mins walk from the multi storey. Free parking after 6pm on street after 6pm and all day Sunday. Breakfast included a lovely bonus. All tea / coffee making equipment and ingredients included, and cereal, croissants and fruit left with fresh milk. Also allowed check in at 2pm and a slightly later check out of noon. Very happy with the apartment and service. Nepalese restaurant is very good downstairs.

The tv (free view) didn’t get much signal. But for a short stay this was not an issue.

Very clean and comfortable well equipped with everything I needed for short stay really liked the fact they gave ample tea and coffee and milk in fridge plus brioche rolls for breakfast if ever in Birmingham again will definitely choose to stay there

No one too meet me at premises when I arrived walking into empty building a bit disconcerting especially after long seven hour journey

A lot of space and quiet area

The apartment is not very soundproof so you can hear others coming in and out very well. Keep in mind for the weekends.

I liked the cozy flat. Great location, close to the city centre. the building located on a quiet street. All facilities were great. I booked breakfast too and it was lovely to found 2 or 3 different cereals options. I was really satisfied.

The mattress was way to soft and I’d move and nearly bounce my wife of the other side the breakfast was less to be desired little bowl of fruit and few pain au chocolates large box of corn flakes would of been better if there was the little box’s and more of a selection overall nice and tidy easy checking in
