"Good facilities in a large room"

Really easy and clear instructions. Selection of breakfast items :)

Very large gap (1 inch) under the door to the apartment. Pictures could do with updating - the restaurant below has had a facelift and the photos of the apartment were not all of the apartment I was in.

"Well located, comfortable studio apartment"

Really well located in the heart of the Jewellery quarter. Loved having a good Nepalese restaurant with lots of veggie options downstairs for a late supper. Great value for money. Warm, spacious and comfortable. Nice they left milk, coffee, teas, fruit, biscuits and fruit. Great for a couple of nights close to city centre.

More towels and a tea towel, and some more kitchen equipment maybe.. bring a bottle opener/cork screw. Bathroom is small and water rather too hot in shower. Entry and stairs up to apartment a bit untidy. But for the price have had much worse in a large city.

Not the rooms fault, but very disruptive neighbours who trashed the room

The owner did his best to rectify problems that arose.

Apparently there was a mix up between Booking.com and accommodation over dates and we wasted half an hour sorting it out. Owner did his best to sort out.
