Frederick property Apartment

Poor.

Clean, tidy and good value for money. Recommended.

Close to city centre, fully equipped nice and quiet . enjoyed our stay.

We were only here 10 minutes and left. There was a broken glass all over the doorstep when we arrived. Had to ring Proprietor to gain access into the building. There was not a restaurant next door as was in the photo when we arrived, it was now a bar, which if we would have known we would not of booked. The room when we entered smelt of sewage and it was freezing cold. We opened the cupboard and there was a jar of cereal which was left for our breakfast which other previous guests probably also had use of. Cereals should of been individually boxed. We noticed a brown stain on the top of the quilt so we pulled the quilt back and there were even more brown stains inside the bedding. Yuk! There was also a pair of socks inside the wardrobe. We rang the Proprietor again and told him we would not be staying and wanted our money back. We then went and checked into a Travelodge. Once back home I rang booking.com who noted everything down, contacted the Proprietor and got our money back, so I was happy that they did this for us. Frederick Apartments was completely misleading for us and not a good experience at all. Hopefully it will up its game now and make sure the place is spotless before guests arrive!
