Frederick property Apartment

Convenient location, good sized room and comfortable bed

Quite rough around the edges, particularly the entrance area. Breakfast was v disappointing - only some cereal (some of which was stale) and packet pastries (again some of which was out of date). Manager offered alternatives but would have taken too long.

Very good communication from the owner, regarding gaining access to the apartment. Good location for the arena, as only a short walk away.

The apartment, although spacious, was a little tired and could have done with a deep clean.

The location was good and a nice enough set up, with catering things provided.

The apartment was right above a club and you could hear every word of the music in bed. Music was still going at 2am. Didnt get much sleep here on a saturday night.

The breakfast was fine. There was no mention in the details that it was in the same building as nightclub very very loud music until 2a.m.

Information on the other activities in the building. It was impossible to sleep while the club was open and then there was noise from people leaving the venue for another half hour. Should have been upfront about situation. We also had someone trying the door several times to gain access to the apartment at about 7a.m.
