"Overall a great place to stay :)"

Very comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The parking was very convenient and felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped and everything appeared clean.

Unfortunately the TV was not great and did not function with the airplay mode or internet as advertised in the welcome book. We attempted to fix this however it was a pain. Also the shower drained slowly so short showers were necessary.

"Nice base for a weekend in Birmingham. Simple but clean."

Handy to have a kitchenette to make breakfast etc. The bed is very comfortable.

Quite dated and needs a bit of a face lift but clean and tidy which are the most important things.

"Lovely little studio"

It was very beautifully presented. The little chocolate was a lovely addition.

The milk in the fridge was off, so had to go to the nearest shop which had gangs of youths hanging around.
