It's my 3rd time staying at this property and it's Perfect.

The property has everything we needed. Very clean and a good distance to the university. Convenient parking.

Comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Well decorated and generally pleasant.

Shower was very low power, the heater near the window gets covered by the curtains so did not switch on.

Everything! Couldn’t fault a thing. Very clean, very well decorated, presented to a high standard upon arrival, modern kitchen facilities like washer/dryer/stove, tea/coffee/sugar all provided; even milk & snacks to go with. Plenty towels, shampoo/conditioner & toilet roll provided. Easy booking/check in - well instructed & communication was professional; responses swift. Lovely host! Deposit was returned prompt, w/o hassle. Well presented manual with instructions for everything from heating, TV, rubbish disposal, First Aid/fire, bathroom extractor switch location & where to leave dirty laundry upon exit. What really impressed me was the info on local entertainment, nightlife, shopping, dining & travel such as trains/buses/taxis (taxi has a discount code if you quote it!). TV had an extra lead so you could cast your mobile phone. Just the extra details! Large bay windows if you like alot of light. Free WiFi as well as easy hassle free parking in a private car park right outside; as well as extra on street parking if you have visitors. No problems parking whatsoever. Very quiet area & neighbours. Didn’t hear a peep. You’d never think it was just off the Hagley Road, Broad Street nor a few miles from Bham City Centre. The thought and detail that went into this place shows they really care about their clients. Wasn’t a stitch of dust or dirt that I could find and I’m very OCD. Absolutely WILL be staying here again. The price for this place is extremely fair. Excellent location, multitude of travel options & it’s like home away from home with a touch of luxury and class. 10 out of 10 - highly recommend

Dislike absolutely Nothing! Would recommend only that the smart TV has option for clients to sign into their own Netflix or YouTube account as this was not possible. We are addicts to these things!
