"Not bad"

The location is great. It has dishwasher. There is enough space for two people.

We were paying a lot for DAILY cleaning services, and they didn clean the bathroom, the kitchen or the floor even 1 time. Taking the rubbish out and changing sheets ir not enough for a cleaning service.

"Neglectful hosts, extremely expensive place"

Good location

The host did not input my payment information correctly, resulting in me receiving a notification from Booking.com threatening to cancel my booking if I do not pay in 6 hours. Ultimately, I ended up being double charged--that is over $7000 in total charges. The host was completely unhelpful and diverted the blame to me. They did not acknowledge the mistake they made that led to me being threatened by the website to pay immediately. I had to sort out the situation on my own with the Booking Headquarters. Very stressful, especially considering how expensive this booking was.

"A busy, informative and enjoyable visit."

The location was excellent, very central to the Sea Wall and Downtown Vancouver. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Upon contacting the host when the kettle broke the problem was rectified immediately. Excellent service.

It would have been appreciated if salt, pepper and cooking oil was available. Though the apartment was for 4 persons with all cutlery, crockery and glasses set for 4 it would have been advantageous to add a few more of all the items. As with our stay we had nephews who lived close by visit us.

It was very spacious, ideally located for visiting tourist locations and family who were just a 4 mins walk away! Everything we needed in the property and having washer and dryer added bonus for us been there for 3 weeks! Cleaners who came in and took the bins away and changed the bed during our stay were absolutely lovely and friendly :-)

Bathroom/Bath needed a little upgrade but didn’t really effect our stay and we only showered. Fan over the cooker didn’t work, nothing major though! There was an undesirable guest trying to check in one night which had caused some problems and we were a little worried about entering the building but staff were clearly sorting the problem out and made us feel safe.
