"great place!"

great location, we brought our bikes and just a street over was a street for biking that took us to UBC then going down one could jump onto the seaway. Its close to everything pretty much.

can get noisy as oak and 12th are busy streets no hangers for clothing, but that's an easy fix. All else was great. Fully stocked with everything pretty much for long or short term stay. Could see this place being used for those with loved one's in long term care at the hospital.

The location was excellent, also the landlord was very helpful and patient with all my inquiries. The cleaning lady was so helpful and kept the apartment clean and tidy.

"Arrived in the morning, cant check in till 3pm but luggage storage is available so it’s good. Staff is friendly and help"

Very spacious, well equipped apartment. Great location with good public transport links. Felt very safe.

Dated decor. No AC however fans were provided during the heatwave. As the road is busy this meant it was quite noisy when windows were open.
