Harbour Lane Apartment

Everything was spotless and the host was very quick to respond to any questions etc. Quite possibly the best place we have ever stayed. We were there with another couple and the house was designed perfectly for us to have some time alone as well as a nice kitchen and lounge to hang out together. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including a dishwasher!

Wonderful location, and it would be good to return at a time of year with better weather. Very spacious apartment; lovely views from most rooms and great balconies. Bike availability really appreciated. Very well equipped kitchen, with some basic provisions provided and frozen meals you could purchase if required; plus a little welcome present, thank you. In all, a really thoughtfully designed apartment: because of its age, luxury might seem too strong an adjective but it definitely gave you a luxury feel.

Sky TV a little disappointing in that no basic UK programmes available: lots of sports channels if you like them. Main bed mattress dipped down slightly at sides: I changed sides one night but no better. Ants in one corner of kitchen but not where we were preparing food so no impact on us, and in warm climates those sorts of insects are hard to control.
