First, yesterday when we came to the hotel reception, we asked the employee to show us where it is written that we have to pay the city tax. The woman first called for administrator without explaining. the man who was with her started yelling at us and telling us to leave the hotel if we don't pay 6 euros. my husband asked if he is an employee, he said no, so we said what right did he have to tell us and yell at us. Why was he sitting in reception and talking with custumers. he yelled at us and employee called to administration and said that we are aggressive. when the employee showed the document that we have to pay and we paid, what a terrible customer service only when we entered the reception.
