Modern apartment with all necessities for a short stay . Check in was little complicated and the lady on the phone wasnt pleasant at all . Actually quite rude and condescending when we didnt understand their check in procedure .

Rude and condescending staff on the phone . Front desk at the hotel next door was very nice . Complicated check in . Late check in because the room wasnt ready on time .

Everything. I can not discourage you of going to this place, enough. Very rude management. You have to buy your toilet paper and cleaning stuff to wash dishes. No soap. Not even a grocery store close by for miles. Horrible odor in apartments. You are on your own between 8 PM and 10 AM since nobody answers your call and nobody is present physically. They will reply to your emais, only when THEY need to.

Nothing in this place is likable

Horrible smell inside apartments, you have to buy everything including toilet paper in the middle of nowhere, where miles to miles there is not even a grocery shop. The hotel doesn't answer your calls, they don't return your calls. They don't reply your email, too, unless they need to. Very rude people. Totally stay away from this place and its affiliates.

the room was lovely.

the smell in the whole building was putrid. the apartment was lovely however wasn’t as clean as I would have expected but they charge €20 if you leave it dirty. they expect you to wash dishes or will charge €20 but don’t give any dish soap or dish towel to do so. half a toilet roll for 2 nights for 2 people is insubstantial

Clean enough. Free parking. Big refrigerator.

Late response at my question via email.. No toilet paper at first. Almost rude stuff. Not clean casserole dish. Only one fork. Anyway... never again
