The property location is excellent. It is spacious, has a free parking, and good shower pressure. The host provides thorough instructions for checking in.

It’s a bit dated. The beds are uncomfortable, the mattress is really old and the bedding, pillows and towels are very cheap/ poor quality. It was also pretty dusty. There are no basics provided, such as coffee, or a shower gel. Small changes could go a long way. Generally, it was OK for one night but I would not stay there for longer periods.
