Ubicación , está muy cerca del centro, también que la calefacción fue un punto muy bueno ya que hacía bastante frío

Apartment is nice, location is nice, garage is nice

The apartment itself I have no issues with but, Check-in/Check-out is a hassle. First of all, check in is at 16h, which is pretty late, so that itself is not great, but there is a worse reason for it. They do it because they want to charge you extra money to check in earlier. Approx 20€ per hour earlier. So you want to check in at 15h, you can, but for 20€ extra...etc This all thing trying to charge extra money for earlier check in, and giving basic information to the customers in last moment is just not good. All that additional website that you have might seem good, but it's not, it's just a lot of unneeded information. I had to plan out a few things in advance, but some of the information was either withheld or not presented properly and we had to pay some extra random parking elsewhere for a few hours because the object did not allow us to at least park on free parking earlier. It's not about 20€ that you request for 1h earlier check in, its principals. I travelled a lot and have never seen this. You just make your customers lose time and money. Same thing is for check-out with the additional hassle of leaving the garage key in the apartment (which may seem very simple, but its not as simple)
