Brand new apartment. Parking spot included!

I don’t understand why I had to pay through Revolut. No alternative was offered, despite the fact that I had already paid 90% of the costs beforehand. The key handover was a catastrophe as well. Overall, a very bad experience

The stay felt suspicious from the start. The title says "Parking spot included!", but it’s not true and the host asks for extra money. He required these payments unofficialy in advance to Revolut account without any receipt, making the key handover conditional on this payment. Response times on the official booking chat were slow, so I had to move to WhatsApp and even had to send photos of ID cards in advance. The biggest disappointment was the apartment's condition. There was a bad smell that we couldn't get rid of even by airing the place out. The apartment felt generaly neglected and wasn't properly cleaned for a long time. The towels smelled so bad that they were barely usable. had I known, I would have brought my own. In general I had a poor and misleading experience

Par où commencer ? « Parking spot included » oui mais en fait non vous aurez à payer un supplément de 8€ par nuit. Même en contactant l’assistance booking impossible de faire changer. C’est une arnaque odieuse. Deuxièmement l’hôte nous demande de payer 40€ de caution hors site booking en raison de notre âge (21). Ensuite les volets sont inopérants donc réveillé tout les matins à 5h car il fait aussi jour dehors que dedans. Hôte désagréable, on doit aller chercher la clé de l’appartement dans une boîte à 5min et compliqué de trouver. Bref, fuyez !!!

Nebolo vyznacene v ponuke, ze za parkovanie sa este k zakladnej cene doplaca. Komplikovanejsia komunikacia s prenajimatelom- len cez SMS.
