Was very clean, great facilities inside the lodge and plenty of seating outside on the decking.

Only grumble was hard to adjust the shower heating, seemed as though it wouldn't chnage temperature.

"Relaxing, remote, romantic getaway"

The facilities. Double oven, gas hob. Everything you need for a secluded weekend. Perfect for a long weekend to escape. Spacious bathroom, large bath and shower.

Missing the sign and entrance due to lighting. But I wouldn’t discredit this to be a bad thing, as it was very dark when I arrived. I could have looked prior to see where the entrance was, but in honesty it wasn’t hard to find, and didn’t take long even in the dark.
