- pozitionarea cladirii apartamentului - parcarea in conditii excelente

- curatenie precara: toaleta necuratata de ceva vreme, cu foarte multe depuneri pe colacul presupus alb, gandaci, articole de vesela aproape lipicioase sau clatite superficial, lenjerie de pat spalata si uscata la uscator, necalcata si de calitatea cea mai joasa de la Ikea ( uscatorul sigilat cu un fel de lacat cu cod :))) ), praf peste tot in camere (descoperit si pe lustra, ca a trebuit sa alergam vreo 3 gandaci zburatori), dupa canapeaua din camera de zi (a fost nevoie sa amenajam patul pentru a 3-a persoana cazata, anuntata in prealabil....., cu lenjeria depozitata intr-un sertar al patului din dormitor...), electrocasnice murdare, lipicioase.

The location is very good, there is a nice playground for kids in the courtyard of the building. Everything was clean and tidy. Also we had very good communication with the owner.

Location was superb. Very close (approx 20 mins walk) to city centre Apartment was nice and clean. Nice big living room and kitchen. Great beds for a nice long sleep after a tiring day. Great Comms from the owner and clear instructions on checking in process You can't go wrong with this.

Clean, confortable, close to old town, free parking.

Nice location, 2 km from city center, restaurants and supermarket in walking distance, very good parking. New apartment, good size, very clean.

I would prefer a tv in the bedroom (there was only one in the living room which was not smart tv).
