"Great apartment, everything you need, good location"

The apartment is very nice, everything is high quality (kitchen, bathroom etc.). It is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked. There is included underground parking in a designated spot right under the building (<2.1m H). The guest welcomes you when you arrive and comes there when you leave, is very nice and speaks english very well. The location is also good, you can take the tram from the main street to the city center (3 stops) or you can walk (~20 mins).

There is a city tax (€3 per person per night) that you are asked by the guest to pay in cash at arrival, but it is not listed anywhere. The booking.com listing clearly says “All taxes and fees included”. It is not a big deal but it should be specified. And make sure you have the exact amount in cash.

The apartment is brand new, amazing… loved the stay indoor as well as great location for the city center, running, free parking and fully functional kitchen, washing machine, large balcony,… the host, Michael was an amazing host, really nice and kind, also he gave us useful information what to see and where to eat. We simply just loved our stay in this Urban apartment, very quiet and relaxing.

"Just perfect"

Mostly everything. The host is super nice, you have more than you can even think of in the apartment. The complex is nice as well.

Just a small thing, the mirrors in the bathroom are a little too high for small people, but I guess there’s not really something that can be done about it.
