Modern apartment near the city centre URBAN

Everything was excellent. I informed the owner that we would arrive at 12 at night, he replied that there is no problem. New apartment, modern furniture with all facilities, fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and well organized. I didn't miss anything

Absolutely everything was perfect! New apartment with everything you need and more. Spotless clean and very comfy with a big balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are also some games and books as well as maps and booklet with food and other places recommendations. The tram stop is right next to the buliding, but the apartment is very quiet because it is facing the inner part of the estate. There are some nice restaurants, bakery, playground and Lidl very close. The check-in was very fast and the owner is really kind and helpful. I recommend it wholeheartedly and if I'm ever in Bratislava again, I would definitely stay here!

Absolutely amazing experience we had at Michael's apartment. It exceeded all of our expectation! From meeting us at the door and throughout the stay we cant thank Michael enough. He was very attentive and responsive. Apartment was very clean with all amenities and details that you never need to think when away from home. Balcony was a plus!! Beds were very comfortable. Area around was quite and safe, lots of stores, cafe, and restaurants around. Very close to the center, and a tram right across the building. I would absolutely stay here again! My family and I was extremely pleased!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much: it was very comfortable, cosy and clean. The host was very attentive and helpful. We recommend staying here if you enjoy being close to the city center yet being in the modern part of Bratislava as the area is highly accessible by tram and bus.

There's a playground located at the area, so if you don't enjoy the noise of kids, this may be not it for you. Another issue was the shower as you cannot stand in the bathtub to take one as the shower hose is too short and the shower head holder being located near the bathtub faucet.

The apartment is great, has everything you need. It is quiet, clean, with plenty of storage, has a great balcony facing a playground and a good restaurant, the kitchen is very well equipped. There is plenty of shops nearby. It's only a few minutes by bus/tram from the old town, train and bus station.

The only negative is that there is no washing machine and a curtain in the kitchen.
