Amazing location and lovely apartment with everything you needed. So comfy and lovely atmosphere. Check in process was easy and well communicated

Great location in the center of the old town. Includes a full kitchen and an AC.

The property was in an excellent location, everything was in a walkable distance. Despite being so central there was no noise from outside. The AC worked wonders during the Europe heatwave and it was amazing to have a fridge and freezer which we used to keep water cold and make ice. Check in was easy.

During the second night the AC began to leek water which woke us up in the middle of the night, but other than that everything was fabulous. The entrance hall was very very hot.

The key broke on arrival, the lady said she's away that she will send somebody to fix it. The key had already been dodgy, of course it broke. My husband said he's not waiting around,he only had a couple of hours anyway,so he had to sort out other place. Since then, we messaged her multiple times about a refund, she's just ignoring us. Absolutely awful experience,we've been all over, but si far this has been the worst. She just kept the money for nothing, even taking money for city tax even though he didn't stay there. Awful.
