Tudo perfeito. Localização excelente, apartamento limpo e com tudo que é necessário e preço justo.

Lo recomiendo por precio,explicacion para recogida de llave,ubicación,limpieza,equipamiento, tiene ascensor,nos gustó todo,de hecho dejamos la ventana un poco abierta y era sábado y no notamos el ruido de la calle.

No tiene máquina para hacer café y hay lavadora pero no secadora o un tendedero plegable.

Unable to access cable channels on TV, no instructions on use of TV or aircon and no real help offered when requested, only one wine glass, no tea towels to dry pots, kitchen clock not working, broken drawers.

The location was amazing, the description and photos are exactly what you get. would recommend this property to anyone.

the only thing and this can not be helped as it is the building not the apartment. the cellar is open and when waiting for the lift the smell of damp is very bad. When in the apartment no smell this can be overlooked as not the hosts fault and does not smell in the apartment at all.

In pieno centro storico, in un bellissimo palazzo d’epoca, al terzo piano con ascensore moderno inserito benissimo in un contesto antico ma ristrutturato. Appartamento ampio, arredato in modo moderno e piacevole. La cucina dotata di tutto. Bagno un po’ piccolo ma perfetto. Ampia finestra da cui entra tanto bel sole e luce e da cui si vedono i tetti vicini. Appartamento molto silenzioso. Vicino alla fermata dei bus per Vienna. Consiglio luggage locker automatico proprio alla fermata dei bus per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.

Solo un po’ di odore di fogna nell’ascensore ma non dipende dall’host.

Perfect location in the historical part of the city. Easy to find and pick up the keys, clear information. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator. The apartment is well equipped with everything, comfortable for 2 people.

The bed mattress is very soft (this is a matter of taste, of course).
