Check in troppo tardi abbiamo dovuto girare Canterbury con le valigie appresso fino alle ore 17 e purtroppo scale troppo ripide e strette

Lovely little apartment, easy to park and find.

The apartment was really hot, granted we visited during a heatwave but the blinds were left open and there was only 1 fan.

Comfortable place to stay in a great location.

Please have toilet paper available and some washing powder. Would also be good to have some coffee, long life milk, shampoo also for quests on arrival Needs a new drying rack as we found the one supplied was broken.

Nobody around to help, no instructions in hot water, heating, no instructions on stove, and just the basic contactless management in general. Mark was nice but we went without hot water and heat for one entire day and night.

Good location, just a short walk from city centre. Good communication from hosts, clear instructions, quick reply. Comfortable and clean.

Bathroom might need some maintenance (damage walls) but does not affect functionality.

The apartment is a about a 10 minute walk into the centre. Located along the main road. The apartment building is a little dated but the apartment itself was lovely, and value for money. We were warned about the apartment being on the top floor so knew we had stairs to climb! You did need an element of fitness to do this especially with bags, but we knew this so prepared ourselves and did it in stages! Just to add for parking we used the app just park and managed to find a place on someone's drive for a small fee for the weekend.

Nothing really , the light at the top of the stairs was out but this could just have been a blown bulb. For the price the apartment was perfect

I didn’t like the stairs leading up to the property as the light was not working properly, so it was a bit scary as someone new coming up here
