Modern City Centre House with Free Parking

Great location nice lounge/kitchen with everything we needed. Heating was great and George was helpful when we arrived letting us check in slightly early.

All the rooms were good but the curtains were alittle thin. In the second bedroom there was a window with no curtains and so was bright in the morning.

Very central. Host very nice and accommodating. Lovely house.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The location is great and a short walk to the city centre. The bathrooms were modern, well appointed and clean.

Our rating here is mostly influenced by the kitchen being in need of a good clean - which we spent 45 minutes doing in order to feel comfortable with. The fridge had crumbs in it and food dirt marks around the seal. The inside needed a good clean generally. The fridge door and kitchen cupboard doors had obvious dirty finger prints on. A number of the downstairs doors also had lots of dirty finger marks on and could have easily been cleaned. The oven tray was filthy and we gave up trying to clean it. We noted this was fed back some time ago. As was the (very) thinness of the towels.

Excellent location close to everything, just park your car and then you can walk everywhere.

I prefer to be able to manage the heating myself - it was operated by the property manager.

The location is excellent. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and Canterbury Cathedral. The unit is very modern with nice appliances. Beds were comfortable. George, our host, was very kind and considerate. He picked us up from the train station. He answered all questions promptly and was willing to be flexible with our stay during the train strike.

My husband and I stayed for two weeks. We wished the kitchen had been equipped a little better. There were only 4 forks and not many cooking utensils. The shower drained a little slowly. These are minor issues. We would definitely stay again.

It was clean, modern and very comfortable. the location was incredible. The owner was so helpful, and allowed us to check in early and leave our car for a couple of extra hours after checking out.
