Cozy B at Nimman Studio Room in Condominium

JB is the best host by far! If you want to stay in a beautiful and cozy apartment in Chiang Mai, then you have to select JB's place! Her eye for detail is unmatched. You can tell she has outstanding taste when you step into the apartment and see how beautifully she has decorated it. Aside from that, she's super sweet, responsive, and attentive. Her instructions are spot on, which can be a bit rare compared to other apartment hosts. Thank you very much JB for the warm hospitality :)

Uncomplicated, above standard room in walking distance to the good spots in Nimman. A lot of free things like detergent, coffee, water, ... for an apartment space.

Noise from starting airplanes is very loud until late night, also the doors of the neighbours are very loud and sadly some of them seemed to like getting out 10 times per night. Not the host fault, but it makes the stay there less comfortable :( The other condos should maybe oil up the door hinges...

Great location! Over the center of Nimman road but in a small alley so no street noise at all. Big 7-11 just 100m away. Super clean room with all the equipment u need and even a great hair dryer. The bed is also really comfortable. Just the water pressure is kinda not super strong but good enough already.

We had a brilliant stay at the room which was comfortable and close to all the amenities, in a quiet neighbourhood. Checking-in was smooth and the room really clean. It had everything you need in a house, from utensils to ironing boards, and the view of the misty mountain was unbeatable (9th floor).

Being very picky now, but the shower could be renovated.

The location is convenient. Not too expensive.

The room doesn't smell good, although they probably an air purifier. The floor feels a bit greasy. The restroom has a musty smell. The whole property looks a lot older than the picture.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable. Easy to find.

The noise from the planes flying over head.

The location of the apartment was fantastic - near to many shops and restaurants. It was also an easy place to pick up transport to and from. The kitchenette was okay - if a little challenging with its size. We like to cook - which I guess is unusual for most visitors.

Overall we loved this place for the time we were here. I think if we had been staying longer we might have needed a different type of place - but it worked for this visit.
