Fantastic location, great host. Very communicative and responds instantly to messages. Instructions and directions were clear and easy to understand. Wifi was great, air con was powerful and silent. Television with Netflix was superb. The location is really good and there's a 7-11 nearby and some good restaurants and cafes as well. Free water and coffee/tea. We used the washing machine a few times, and detergent was provided.

Basically perfect. Maybe the pillows were a bit thick but that's personal preference. Really enjoyed our stay in Chiang Mai thanks to this great apartment and thoughtful host.
