Lovely apartment, block, and pool on the roof. Great location as well and so close to everything needed.

Wo lloved the apartment. it has everything you need. A nice pool, a washing maschine a kitchen. The area ist he best area in Chiang Mai. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place by 1000 %

I arrived to find a handful of hair sitting on the shower drain, hair all over the shower, it was disgusting. I told the host and they had someone come and re-clean I guess just the shower as there was hair on the floor in the bedroom still. I mentioned this again after coming back and the host offered me nothing but to check-out, which by this time was way too late to find another accommodation. Furthermore, on my last day I noticed a sign in the lobby that was hidden, saying that this building was for locals and it isn't to be used for "short-term rentals" like airbnb's or even booking.com. This made me uneasy and regret booking this accommodation. I would never have booked it knowing it was taking the potential apartment of a local and this practice is destructive to local populations all around the world and should be stopped.
