Great little apartment in a great location.

There is no view from the balconey or area to sit. Its a washing machine area only.

If I go to Chiang Mai again, I want to stay again. Clean and cozy room, Kind staff, Good location, Useful pool.

I wish there was one more trash can in the living room, and I wish the lights were brighter.

The location was in a great area with bars, restaurants and coffee shops all within a stone's throw. 10 mins walk the to one at Nimman which has a lovely little food market and nice shops. And a 15 min walk from the massive shopping centre which has everything you could need. The room had great facilities for our four day stay. So handy having a washing machine and iron etc. We didn't cook there but it was fully equipped if you choose to. The bed was large and comfortable. The security guys on the gate were so helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool area was also really nice to unwind after a day of exploring. Great views of the city. Excellent value.

I am struggling to find anything that was bad about this this place. 🙂 but the only one thing was the water pressure in the shower could do with some improving but that would be a building wide problem I imagine and unrelated to the host, and it didn't affect our stay. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Bathroom (shower) requires some maintenance to be spotless again. Washing machine on the balcony and the balcony are not too clean. It would in our view not be a big effort to be perfect again
