I had a 12-hour layover in Chiang Mai and managed to book this place at a great price. The host was very accommodating, holding our luggage until we returned around 7-8 pm to check in fully. We left for our flight around 10 pm. Keep in mind that the location is behind the airport, so you'll hear planes coming and going, but it wasn’t too disruptive. I didn’t stay the night, but I had a great short nap while I was there. The room is spacious, with the bathroom being separated from the sleeping area with a short hallway in the unit. This was a nice touch.

The property is on the opposite side of the airport, so you'll need to use Grab or a taxi. Grab was quite affordable, and it's only about a 20-minute drive to Maya Central Shopping Mall. Overall, it's a great option for anyone looking to stay close to the airport.

We needed an immediate place to stay at Midnight after landing in CM and had a problem. They responded right away, told us it was no problem and we zipped over. Clean, and decent beds. That’s all we needed. We were gone by 10 am. Thank you for accommodating us at the last minute. I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation. It’s very very basic and in a terrible location. But again, fit my specific needs.

Don’t stay here on vacation. Yes, it’s a great price but the location is awful for tourists
