"10-15 km to the airport out in the nowhere"

The way to the airport was long 10-15 km!!! Bookingcom indicated a distance of 800 m, which is a straight line. The airport's runway is inbetween! You need a taxi to go around wich is very very expensove if you find one. There is nothing around( restaurant...) I feeled betrayed !

Staff no English. Poor communication charged me extra for stay of 2 hours $200 baht wanted to charge me $200 for watermelon stain on my sheets. What else more can I say.. Thai lotto $4000 55555 peace

The place provide basic but big room. Everything looks new and clean, beds are comfortable. However the room is big but basic, no desk, no fridge... Our room had 2 terraces, but empty so not easy to really enjoy except sitting on the floor...

Booking.com is misleading if not SCAMMING people advertizing this place less than 2km from the airport while you need to drive more than 15km around the airport to access it! This hotelis OUT OF CHIANG MAI! If you are looking for an hotel next to the airport this place should be your LAST PICK!

"Disappointing"

Clean and comfy

NOT NEAR AIRPORT, no one there to greet us we had to ask the taxi driver to ring and they had just left the key in the room. Very strange would not stay here again
