One air conditioner kept switching off

The room itself was acceptable and overall nice. The location was great, close to markets, stalls, and the city centre. But that's about it.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. While the location was great, the issues we experienced throughout the stay made it a place I definitely won’t be returning to. There was no proper room service and no staff care throughout the entire stay. No towels were provided, and requests for assistance were ignored. The room had a very uncomfortable couch and the balcony was blocked of. With a pile of animal waste sitting outside, which was unacceptable. The room was infested with ants and bugs, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Contacting both the property staff and Booking.com resulted in zero help. Neither of them did anything to address the issues. They didn't care. Finding reception was almost impossible. There was no proper reception, just a small area mixed in with a tour shop. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the lack of care from both the hotel and Booking.com was very disappointing.

I enjoy this property , close to the old town - I prefer this area but I do hear it was affected by the floods in cnx so caution when you book for November and October.

The pool and gym isn’t big enough for the number of people staying there so often you have to wait

You need to throw your rubbish No room service No room cleaning But these kinds of services are not available in serviced apartment I understand
