Very comfortable apartment, great location.

Absolutely excellent stay,I would highly recommend Ping’s apartment and he was an excellent host.Excellent and smooth check in and check out,he responded quickly to any queries,great facilities in the room and on site,fully recommend for a great stay in Chiang Mai,night bazaar is nearby and lovely rooftop wing gym.

The room was very spacious as this was a whole apartment

The pool advertised on booking.com was not one we could use as guests and was only for residents. The one we could use was very small but there was only 3 sunbeds so we had nowhere to sit.

The Astra condos are in a fabulous location, everything was easily within walking distance . The front security staff were super friendly with our children and really helpful with our buggy down any stairs. There’s a great little coffee shop on the ground floor which is very convenient in the morning. We used the tour agent a few times to book excursions and Amber who runs it was amazing ! She was so informative and really took care of our family when we were on the trips. The apartment itself was great for what we needed, the pictures did make it seem bigger so it seemed quite cramped once settled in. The host offered 2 cleans during our stay which was great as it included bed change and fresh sheets! Some of the furniture was a little used and could do with a freshen up , but the bed was super comfy and huge and the apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4 ! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return . Thank you !

The pool area can get very busy so wasn’t great for our young children. Not all the lifts were working so wait times were quite time consuming. Sofa bed wasn’t very practical for our son as it was very uncomfortable.

The apartment looks nice and well designed. There is a laundry machine and a kitchen, which is very comfortable. Location is good, close to the night market

When we arrived, there was a very bad smell in the room. Also during our all stay a bad smell came out of the shower. In the whole building there is only one elevator and we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive. There is no housekeeping so i think its a good place for short staying only.
