"world is not a perfect place so we are not sad if these problems can get fixed for the next guest."

Almost everything was perfect but a couple of things

No internet connection. it had wifi but ridiculously slow and unreliable. and the bathroom and toilet sinks were clogged. very hard to use them. hope they can fix these two issues to get a 5 star rating.

Room was lovely and quiet, the bed was really comfy and the room spacious. Smart TV and washing machine 🤙🏻 Gym was great

Pool had limited beds so was always busy, we didn't get to enjoy it. Wait for the lift could be long. No housekeeping unless you paid extra + no equipment in the apartment to clean

"not kept up, stains on curtains, walls, noisy, could not even find where to collect keys -stressful"

i was a bit upset, the photos do not match the place. I could not even figure where i was to collect the key or code for door-- that took a while. then the apartment, had stains on the walls, sheets, curtains, i was disgusted. i tried to pretend like all was cool no door on one cabinet...noisy because the halls are all bad fake marble. i did complain and i asked for a refund, that was exhausting.... in short, the apartment is not what is in the photos, the bed is soft the walls are stained, you cna hear noise from everywhere, it is not kept well.. sorry.. i just state what i see.

Great value for money apartment in quiet location. Easy 15 min walk to night market. Handy on site gym & beautiful pool.

Some furniture looking old and slightly tatty ie coffee table and sofa. Pool area was always busy.

Great room and great building. Rooftop pool.

Room was very well used. I had to clean it again a little and it desperately needs a deep clean. Had to pay 2000thb deposit at check in which wasn't mentioned on booking. Costing me 220thb from ATM otherwise I couldn't check in.

The apartment is great, the bedroom have a very good size and the bed is confortable. Good bathroom with an extra toilet. The living room is small but ok. The sofa very unconfortable. The location is very good, with everything near by. The food markets and souvenir markets at a walking distance. Not far from the old city. We have stayed three weeks, and cleaning and changing linens was not included, if we wanted these, we had to pay extra, wich we don't think was fair.

It could be better if there was cleaning and linen change ones a week.
