The pool was very nice!

We had a two persons bed and blankets for a 1 person bed. I contacted the host by WhatsApp and didn’t get any respond. There was mold on the ceiling and airco. The airco in the bedroom didn’t work well.

value for this high season. Roof top pool and gym. location good.

No fast service if you have a question. Never did get a reply on if they have English TV. also its a joke how many chairs they have at the swimming pool. Half guests sitting on the ground. Also the AC not working in the gym.

Just location

The points and money are overrated.I saw the photos on booking are the day 1 of the facility, now everything is weary and unfortunately dirty, there also are hair samples everywhere from the previous visitors, I guess. There is no towel to dry your hands after washing, there is no head towel, they put an extremely dirty mat and call it a foot towel. The towel they use to wipe the body is about to be torn from age and is stained. The only good thing about the facility is its location, if you have even the slightest understanding of hygiene, NEVER COME. One important point is that they take deposits from some random people: they took a 2000 baht cash deposit from us, but not from the British couple who checked in at the same time as us. I will complain to Booking.com.

Location

Rude unfriendly staff,especially at checking desk. Majority of security personnel were good but a couple of then had a huge chip on their shoulder. The condo accommodates investors/buyers and the staff couldn't care less about tourists. Someone padlocked my bike and when I asked why,I was told that I can't park there. No signage saying that I couldn't.

Location was great with the night bazzat down the road and easy to get around on scooters. Supermarket close by, atm, 711 close. Pool is great but watch the tiles, slippery as! Guards out front controlling traffic were great!. Plenty of food options close by. River close by.

The room itself, the air con leaked water down the wall through the light switch, over the TV cabinet and all over the floor. The clothes rack outside is under the air con unit so dripped water over your washing. Very very basic kitchen equipment, basically no cutlery, no knives.. 1 towel no hand towel or anything. The shower was slimy and is looking Rusty and crumbling in areas. The photos on booking.com are very old because the room is quite hammered now. Not new looking at all like the pics
