Location.

Signs everywhere saying no short stay. Room nothing like the pictures, bed unbelievably uncomfortable, torn up sofa and the whole apartment smelled awful. We did not stay the night, we had to book another room elsewhere. Safe didn't work and were explicitly told reception (two ladies at a car hire desk) won't help.

The location is great, the pool is small but serves its purpose, the building is beautiful and clean, the apartment in general look beautiful.

the room, bathroom, toilet, bed, bedsheet, bedcover, and pillows smell extremely terrible we try to deal with it by room spray but was useless. There were 2 towels old and worn out, I had to buy new towels, the kitchen was infested with ants, we deal with it by insect killer spray, also smells of junk from the trash bin as well as the washing machine It was very hard to communicate with the owner, but managed to contact them via booking.com message box, they send a house made and the bedsheet, bedcover, pillows cover and towels were changed but the odor was still there. The bed mattress, sofa couch was rickety. The couch is uncomfortable and painful sitting on it due to Coil Springs

We were with an 11-year-old girl, she didn't have a bed in the room, there was a couch with no sheets, no pillow, no blanket, no towel. And even what we asked for was not brought to us.

It was a good location, and a good price.

When we came into the building there was a sign at the reception desk saying “this is not a reception desk, please contact your host.” Then when we did get our keycard and went to the elevator we saw another sign saying “attention travelers, tourist, backpackers, this place is not a hotel, day/week rentals are not allowed.” Because of these signs I didn’t feel super welcome. The bed was super uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The bathroom smelled like mildew, possibly because the bidet line was leaking. The power was also off for a good part of one of the days we had booked.

Great facilities (pool, gym, and sauna) and a nice modern apartment complex. Also great location.

We arrived at 10pm on the evening of check in and had been told that a key would be left for us and we would be assigned a room number in advance- this did not happen. Therefore, we had to communicate with the security at the building and ask them to phone somebody to come and give us a room key, which took 30 minutes. Communication with staff was also terrible and very slow- we asked for an extra pillow, to which we received a response 12 hours later saying they could bring it the next day, however said pillow never showed up. Also we stayed for 4 nights and the apartment was not cleaned once- we ran out of toilet paper etc and again staff were of no help about this.
