Appartement Panoramique

I stayed here for a week on arrival to Morocco, it is a great little apartment with fantastic views and proximity to the waterfront walk and Hassan II mosque. There’s a great little bakery downstairs and a fresh market right round the corner. Be sure to have a chat with Ayoub, head up to the roof for a look and explore his local recommendations.

The location was very good and the stuff very lovely and friendly

I only like the view that's about it as everything is very old and worn out

We enjoyed using the kitchen and the location was convenient.

There were boys running wild at night lighting off fircrackers and shouting in the streets every night of our stay. The 4:30 am call to prayer from the grand mosque is loudest I have ever heard.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, amazing view, and had all utilities like washing machine, kitchen grill, microwave, coffee machine etc. It was a great location, 2 minutes walk from Hassan 2 mosque. The street had local market which seemed busy at first but very friendly and local prices. A 2 minute walk away from local restaurants and 15 minute walk from the light house which had top tier restaurants with amazing views of the city and the Hassan 2 mosque. The landlord Ayoub vas very friendly , punctual and helpful!

We stayed for 1 night, so not much experience with the property, but what i can share shortly is: Good: - Very good location! - Very nice and welcoming host! - Clean and good facilities inside

What can be improved: - Some of furniture in the apartment is old and worn out - Toilet/WC/Shower bit old and rusty if you can make a small renovation in the apartment, that will be perfect!

Water pressure was low

The shower was poor, it was hot but weak water pressure and had to be handheld

Recommended to everone! Great location, clean apartment with equipment. Beautiful view on ocean and Hassan II Mosque, plus you can go to terrace on top of the building to have a view on whole Casablanca. The host is the nicest and most hospitable person ever! We were so late to check in and he still waited for us, showed us our apartment and told us all about the city, and recommended restaurants and touristic attractions. Had great stay, and for sure will be back with all my family in future!

Really good location to the mosque and riverwalk but the area isn’t the safest. The apartment is nice and spacious for 1-3 people. The host and concierge are really friendly and helpful. Host is very responsive and great at helping book taxis and answer any questions!

As a female in Morocco in general I don’t feel super safe at night but specifically to this stay, I also found the location sketchy at night and day. Also, the bed isn’t the most comfortable.
