The view is amazing.

Surrounding area is not suitable for women walking alone.

The view to the beach was remarkable and the hospitality and staff were amazing the room is clean and in super good condition I would definitely recommend this to my friends and will visit again for sure.

The location was primo! Right by the mosque and the Corniche. View from the balcony is beautiful and you get a few of local life as you stand and observe the surroundings.

The water pressure wasn’t the strongest in the shower but the water was nice and warm. You need to buy drinking water from the local shop before you go. It’s not the cleanest neighborhood, yet you can’t beat the location for convenience.

The view is exceptional. Ayoub is unbelievably friendly with a lot of info and helping with all things.

Great view of the ocean and Hassan Mosque from the balcony. The air conditioner works well. The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly.

There is very low water pressure in the shower, and a bad smell emanating from the bathroom drain pipes. The neighborhood is quite old but relatively safe. Several of the apartment buildings nearby are in very bad condition. The apartment building directly across the street looks like it was hit by a bomb when viewed from the balcony. If I had known all of this before I booked the apartment, I would have stayed in a more upscale part of the city. The ocean view alone does not justify the price. If the place cost half of what I paid, I would have little to complain about.

Our host was so incredibly helpful! Alyoub arranged so much more than just a place to stay- he helped with everything and his advice and recommendations made all the difference in the world. The apartment itself was conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do- he arranged easy transportation for us, and helped me navigate everything with the limited time we had in Casablanca. Thank you!!

Fabulous view, and a great little balcony! It’s so nice to listen to the waves at night. There’s also access to the rooftop, with an even grander view. Just a short walk to the Hassan II mosque. Very lively area with lots of cozy Cafes and good restaurants. Overall, a perfectly pleasant stay, and a great value for money.

The immediate area is a bit run down, although the building itself is nice and clean.

Modern apartment very spacious and full of all amenities, host very nice and attentive. Location very close to the Assan mosque and beautiful view of the sea

Despite being very close to main attractions, the area is a bit rough, It's ok but not the safest place on earth
