"A place to sit back and relax"

The owners of the property took great care to make sure that there were plenty of provisions available for us so we did not have to go out shopping once we arrived. The pump house is in a lovely setting with privacy from the other property on site. It is a compact unit but has been well thought out and has everything you need for a relaxing break. If you enjoy walking then the Chichester marina is within reach, head for the Chichester canal for a lovely walk along the tow path.

Lovely tranquil location, friendly host and well equipped property with everything included. Beautiful harbours and great walks nearby.

A minor annoyance was the wet grass path to the property, so you either have to clean or change your shoes when you get to the car

We loved everything about the Pump House. It’s compact, but every bit of space has been used to guests advantage. Andy & Rosie were amazing hosts. All information required provided. Andy greeted us on arrival, but didn’t overstay our moving in. Breakfast provision was plentiful, along with other snacks, nibbles & drinks. Everything has been thought of! Thank you for a fabtastic stay X

"A very cosy, secluded retreat with some lovely places to visit nearby."

Very secluded and quiet, the Pump House provided a relaxing break for us. The room was nice and warm (underfloor heating). Whilst very small, there were storage options with drawers under the bed and hooks for coats and clothes. A lovely selection of food was provided for breakfast, plus snacks for other times. There was also the chance to use the EV charger at cost price, which cut down on travel cost.

We didn't succeed at getting the blinds closed on the velux windows, which we could have asked the host for help with. Suggest making sure you ask how it's done.
