Such a warm welcome. A beautiful location very quiet . Owner Andy couldn’t do enough for you to make sure yours stay was perfect . We were blown away with the property all you need and so much more . The bed was super comfortable .Great location for so many things to do . So sad we had to leave to go home, but will definitely be back for more stays

We loved the comfort of the bed, amazing fully stocked kitchen, abundance of outside space, peaceful and lovely touches like fresh flowers. Everything was spotless and felt so clean and fresh. The owner messaged us prior to make sure we found the property and we had direct contact if we needed it. We will be back in November when next in Chichester

Was met by the owner who took me to the property and explained everything. The Fridge had been stocked with everything that you can imagine, cupboards to. Everything was fantastic. The peace and quite, the location, the views. I do not go away very often but I will definitely be going back to this property. FANTASTIC and thank you Andy and Rosie.

Well, nothing really unless I could have stayed there for free . . . but was quite happy to pay for the facilities and property.

Stunning little place in very secluded and peaceful area, totally relaxing and every conceivable need was catered for and in addition a large selection of snacks and essentials to make breakfast. Spotlessly clean and friendly and informative communication. Highly recommended I can’t wait to go back.

It was a lovely little studio cottage in a lovely quiet country surrounding. Very well equipped and breakfast provisions and food supplies were excellent. The added personal touch of fresh flowers on the table was a much appreciated addition.

Clean and tidy with good facilities and a comfy bed. Generous fresh food left for breakfast including various cereals, fruit, bread, bacon and eggs. Nice touch with fresh flowers on table.
