Such a quaint neat property with goodies galore for two - we couldn’t have asked for more - definitely will be back

If it’s wet the walk on grass could be an issue for certain footwear - just come prepared for a little bit of heaven in the countryside

Fresh bread, bacon, eggs, orange juice and more left for us to cook and enjoy. Very peaceful and beautiful location.

Difficulty in finding the property returning late at night due to total darkness of the country lane it was on

Beautiful location. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast provided to cook for yourself at your leisure with a wide variety of choice from eggs bacon, bran flakes or granola to yoghurt or oats plus snacks to keep you going like crisps and biscuits. The land around it peace full

Lovely little place, very well equipped. It's rare to have such good kitchen facilities at a holiday accommodation. Extremely comfortable super-king bed. Great Wi-fi and TV choices. Loved the tranquility: although the pump house is set at the rear of another property, it's a good distance/faces away ( towards the sunset :-)), so you really do feel alone. Blissful place to have breakfast outdoors or to return to after a day out exploring.
