The Pump-House

This was a really peaceful setting the provision of breakfast was a lot more than expected. Andy was really helpful. Situated close to pagham harbour the walks were great

There was nothing we didn't like.

Good selection of food provided including eggs, bacon, milk, two types of cereal, bread, chocolate muffins, chocolate bars, yoghurts, coffee, tea, selection of jams and orange juice. Very quiet location with a whole field in front of the property, great in the summer if you have kids. Small private secluded patio and picnic table outside the property.

Obviously this doesnt relate to the property but the roads to it were rough and single track, it would have been difficult to reverse/turn round if other vehicles were to come in the opposite direction. Having said that it probably didn't help with the amount of rain that had fallen before and during out stay.

The property had everything you could need and all the amenities were pretty straightforward to use. Given how cozy the property is, an excellent job has been done to make sure the space is utilised perfectly without anything feeling cramped. The bed was divine and loved the pillows too. The bathroom was just the right size and loved the French doors and skylights. Although we didn’t partake, Andy provided a generous breakfast and the Pump House was very well stocked with provisions. Next time we’ll stay longer to take advantage! The Pump House was extremely thoughtfully done (with excellent mod cons) and we thought better than some of the larger and more expensive places we’ve stayed at. Worth every penny and some! Would definitely recommend a stay if you’re in the area!

WiFi was slightly temperamental

Really great place to stay for a few nights, the pump hose has everything you need and Andy the host was really helpful.

We can not fault anything. Location, privacy and the extra treats available was excellent. Breakfast facilities excellent and a real treat to find fresh flowers at the Pump House and a bottle of Rose wine. Bed super comfortable and spacious. We look forward to returning again in the future

We enjoyed the secluded and quiet location and the provisions supplied on arrival far exceeded our expectations

We found it a little cramped as the table was far too big for the space. Maybe a few paving slabs from car park to entrance of the property to avoid walking across the grass ?
