The location of the accommodation was excellent for easy access to the city centre by foot and far enough out to be quiet

Great area, lounge lovely, kitchen well equipped, bathroom needs to be sorted and the lack of a proper shower was an issue.

Lack of shower and noise from the property overhead even walking could be heard.

Really comfortable, little bit quirky, lovely garden

We thought the bathroom could do with some updating

This was a fantastic apartment, perfect for our family holiday. We had everything that we needed and as a bonus there was a small care package waiting for us with basics to keep us going until we had a chance to get to the shops. The kids loved having a variety of toys on site that they could play with - it kept them entertained for hours. We will definitely be back.

The location was excellent. There was plenty of room. A parking spot was allocated. We were very happy with the price and we would recommend this apartment.

The front door bell was inoperative

No breakfast was provided but the kitchen was well equipped, although it would have been useful to have a pair of scissors! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location was great - a pretty secluded garden, easy to walk into town and easy access to the bypass.

It would have been helpful to have a map of Chichester and some information on places to visit nearby. There was evidence of dampness in the bathroom and the adjacent bedroom.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were large bath towels and spare bedding if needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There was tea. coffee and milk provided and a bottle of wine.

Suited our needs perfectly. Lots of space so everyone had enough privacy and could gather in the living room comfortably enough for 4 adults. A good base for us in Chichester for the family occasion we had travelled there for. Lovely welcome package. Easy walking distance to the centre of Chichester and far enough away from any pubs or late night venues that we weren't disturbed by any noise. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing and felt no pressure. Place was very clean, neat, nicely decorated and well presented when we arrived. Lots of interesting books and simple artistic activities available if the weather was bad but we had perfect weather too. A very nice family weekend.

Double sofa bed in the living room didn't fold out at all and was uncomfortable for people to sit on so it might need replacing. Lots of other chairs were available. It meant adult family members having to share the small kids bedroom and not have as much privacy as wanted but everyone was family so not too big an inconvenience, just a minor annoyance. Light bulb was missing in main light in small kids bedroom but lamps by each bed worked in that bedroom. Kitchen light bulb went out on the second night and I had to replace it with the spare bulb left in the kitchen drawer but it wasn't a great fit for the light fixture and there was a little concern that it might fall out or possibly blow out again overnight. We left early the next morning so didn't think to check if it was working before we left.
