Great location. Was in town for multiple test at UC Health. 5 min to hospital

Close proximity to the university of Cincinnati.

The sofa is uncomfortable to sit on. The stove and oven need a real cleaning. It was unusable, smoking up the space that I was worried about the smoke detector being set off. Not sure if the floors had been mopped recently or not. Limited kitchen things-dish towel, oven gloves, baking sheet to use in the oven- but then didn’t want to use the oven.

The room was very clean and matched the photos. The owner is amazing, and worked with me!

There is nothing bad about this property other than needing more parking spaces but I understand if that isn’t doable.ITS AMAZING!
