We were coming in for a night to see a show at Bogarts. Just needed a comfy bed and place to get ready before the show. We chose this spot due to its proximity to the show and it was perfect. Bed was comfy. Place was clean. And easy parking.

I have contacted for a refund as the entry info was never provided. I had called and emailed the property WELL before arrival and no reply. I was in town because my mom had a stroke Friday so had to rush in and find a place. She passed away Sunday and amidst all the things I was dealing with I had to find a new hotel. Awful, awful customer service. Refund me.
