Charming Red Courtyard Apartment

Fabulous location good sized apartment.

Excellent location - easy access to bus and underground, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was very quiet with no noise from the street. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was small and it was difficult to use the sink. Also there was no way to stop the floor getting wet from the shower. Cooking equipment and utensils were sparse.

The shower curtain is very dirty. Please change and there was no room number so I went into a wrong room

The price and the location, and the beds were comfortable.

Not sure what we expected, but it was a bit sparse, but OK if you are in Copenhagen to see its sight and just get back to a good bed to rest in - and no noise from Gammel Kongevej.

Great location and beautiful apartment. Very good comunication and easy check in.

Shower needs work to prevent mildew plus pans are dirty need to be changed

We had a 4 nights' stay at this small apartment. The price that we have paid was very reasonable for Copenhagen. There was no microwave as advertised, but an induction plate and the apartment had no washing machine as advertised unless there is a misunderstanding. The very small bathroom needs attention as the glass shelf above the basin prevents proper access. The basin plumbing leaked dirty water onto the floor. No foot towelling was supplied for the very wet bathroom floor which means that one of the only two towels that we got were used for the floor. The amount of dust on the TV srand also showed that this place was not cleaned properly before our check in.

The studio is ideally located, in a great neighborhood, not too far from the city center, and yet very quiet. It's also possible to park a car (not a too large one !), which is practical. The building is mostly calm.

The listing really oversells the studio and as a result we expected much more than we got. Instead of an apartment, it really is a studio and it is crucial to look at the pictures rather than the misleading text description. The listing boasts "1 living room, 1 separate bedroom" and later "a dining area" : this is all the same space, and the bed is separated from the small table by 70 cm. The listing also advertises a washing machine among the room amenities and after not finding any in the studio, and insisting for one day, we finally had access to a shared washing machine, which is not the same thing at all for doing laundry, since it requires planning and waiting for other users to stop using it. Despite not being the cleanest of places, the studio was fine in and of iself, that is not the issue. It's just that for the money we paid, we expected way better and were clearly disappointed once we arrived.
