DOWNTOWN Mavili's Studio

host gave us tons of information to help us clean big apartment in a quiet area with a beautiful square out front easy location to get to main areas

Fantastic location. Comfortable compact room Comfy bed Well-equipped Host was responsive and flexible

We found it quite tricky to open the key box in the dark. The room was very beige (in the photos it looked like the walls were a cheery green!) The pillows were not very comfortable (but we later found some spare ones in the wardrobe which were a bit better)

Michael was an excellent and communicative host. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable, and nice. Conveniently located in the downtown area of Corfu Town, it’s also a doable walk to the airport and nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend this stay for comfort, convenience, and safety/cleanliness to anyone staying in Corfu Town.

Out host met us and explained how everything worked even although the property had a key lock . Well provided with tea coffee expresso pods water etc . We appreciated the choice of mugs or small expresso cups. Shower very compact but it works well. Bed really comfortable. Great location a short walk to the Liston and near Guilford Street. Small supermarket ..turn left on Guilford street and a few minutes walk. Good choice of restaurants nearby

Michael met us at the entrance of the apartment ahead of our scheduled check-in time. He also had a great book of recommendations and things to do both in and outside of Corfu town! We couldn't be more happy about the location and ease of access to the old town. Nearby bus station also made it easy to go to parts of Corfu that were further away!

If there were clothes lines in the front of the apartment, it would be easier to dry laundry - the back area did not get sunlight and didn't allow for clothes to dry!

The location was fantastic! Although it was a little difficult to find.

I would have left a much better review had we not been contacted after our one night stay saying we had broken a chair and the tv. We had never even turned on the tv and spent very little time in the room at all. A misunderstanding? Maybe. That is why we wrote to the host. He never responded. Booking said we were going to be charged 200 euro for damages. We fought that and reached out to the host and requested his reply. We never got one. We encouraged him to say sorry for the mix up or anything but he did not - hence the terrible review from us.

I loved the location, it was in an authentic neighbourhood, and therefore felt part of a local community. Excellent communication with Michael from before arrival to departing, offering advice and information with taxi transfer and any other queries. Accommodating with check out time. There were so many cafes and restaurnats just around the corner, but the studio was so peaceful, and the sound of the Swifts at night in the trees opposite were a joy to hear. The locals were so friendly, helping me if I got lost, as often do!! getting on their phones to see where I needed to go!! Absolutely recommend the studio for a memorable authentic stay. There wasn't anything to dislike, the studio was compact and had everything I required, good facilities, mini supermarket up the road where I bought a few food items to have with my coffee in the cute garden opposite the studio, charming feel to it down a lovely side street. I loved everything about it, sad to leave. 🥲
