Great location, really clean and most of all really calm and confortable. Michael was a great host and made sure everything was perfect for my stay.

The place was exactly as described and Michael couldn't have been easier to work with. Clean, comfortable, great location.

I loved my stay in Mavelli's Studio. The place is very close to the park and the swimming beach, and a five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the shopping and restaurant streets of town. The place itself is clean, comfortable and situated on a chic little square with friendly locals who wish you "Kalimera" in the morning. I could not have asked for more. Michael and his wife were so kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to help me (like helping me plan my onward bus journey) and communication for checkin/check out etc was excellent throughout.

There was a strange noise on and off through the night. The shower base floods and makes the floor wet but we managed.

It is ideal for one or two people. The location is excellent. Every possible facility was provided. Mavilli is a gracious host

We purposefully chose a place to stay on the first floor of the historical part of the city - as soon as you open the door, you immediately find yourself on narrow streets among restaurant tables, strolling tourists and the center of impressions. Our choice fully corresponded to the request. DOWNTOWN Mavili's Studio is located on a quiet, narrow pedestrian street (although Greeks travel along it on scooters). You go out 20 meters to the left, you are on the main street, where there are 3 restaurants and one coffee shop, 100 meters away there is an excellent bakery and coffee. Exit to the right, 20 m and you are in the central park Spianada Square, close to the fortress, museums, sea and yachts!!! I recommend the street food cafe Ο Γύρος, the meat is excellent. A music festival was held next to the money museum: tango was played and danced. Amazing! If you meet 1000 tourists walking towards you, don’t worry, this means that a cruise ship has docked (possibly 4 ships). The apartments have everything: shampoos, napkins, coffee, chargers and 1000 other little things. Very clean, plenty of towels and dishes. The window has 5 types of locks and mosquito nets. There are no mosquitoes. There is a patio 2x2 m. The dimensions of the room are small; large people should order something else. You can swim either near the Nautical Club or behind the Museum of Asian Art. The final stop of the city bus is in the park. It is better to buy bottled water with green caps; it contains the least amount of calcium. Check-in is simple, owner on the WhatsApp. I recommend. You'll want to come back!

Location was perfect for the Old Town. Studio was very clean. Michael, our host, was very nice and very helpful in providing information regarding bus services, parking, etc.

Only comment would be a lack of paper or kitchen towels.
