"Nice flat with potential - better maintenance needed."

Lovely apartment with great potential. Well equipped kitchen. Good sized master bedroom. Clean bedsheets and towels. Good central location. Dedicated parking spot.

There has been very minimal effort to clean and maintain this property: the floors needed hoovering (no hoover available), the surfaces needed cleaning, the fridge/freezer was dirty, I had to wash any dishes before using them. As others have said, the couch is in desperate need of replacement. The bathroom has some water damage. No welcome pack as stated. No shampoo or shower gel in the dispensers. It's a shame, because with a bit of effort and TLC this flat could easily become a 10/10 - but in it's current state and lack of attention, only a 6 can be given due to needing to clean the whole place before being comfortable.

"Lots of niggly things - potentially a very nice place that needs a revamp."

Price. Location to rail station once the station development is completed.

Bathroom. Unfortunately the toilet cistern wouldn't fill and we reported it on the Friday of our stay. We were able to manually fill but it was a big inconvenience and it wasn't sorted by the time we left on Monday morning. The bathroom had obviously had/has a leak at some point as the floor was spongy/uneven underfoot and needs replacing. (I know this from personal unfortunate experience). The shower screen and over bath tiles needed cleaning and the shower and soap dispensers were needless and dirty. Lounge/Kitchen. No "Welcome Pack", as promised, on arrival. The springs on the sofa have gone so it needs replacing. For some reason the seats around the table were too low for the table. Oven was filthy and had not been cleaned for some time, let alone before our arrival. Small bedroom. No storage for any clothes. No bulb in bedside lamp. Miscellaneous. The ironing board cover needs replacing. Please clean the front door where the closer is leaking. Generally it's a nice little place but needs a revamp and good cleaning in-between bookings.

Great location, neighbours were all lovely had a great weekend. Beds super comfy Owner was swift to rectify a cleaning issue on our arrival

Lots of stairs - good work out though! The couch really needs to be replaced there’s no position you can sit without a spring digging into you

Powerful shower; spacious apartment; decent wifi; allocated parking space right next to building main door.

It is in desperate need of a thorough deep clean. Some of the double glazed windows are blown / don't close properly so they're not doing a great job of blocking noise. Reported the lack of shower gel in the dispenser, got a message a few days later thanking me for letting them know; no one did anything about it whilst I was there. It's on the 4th floor with no lift. It is right next to the train station, the only times you can't hear the train dispatch whistle is when the building site that is the train station expansion project (and just over the fence from the property) is hard at work (so from 0730 in the morning on weekdays - Apr 25).
